Privacy policy

Afterclass is being built by Lights Out Ventures. Before launch, this site only collects what it needs to run the waitlist and understand interest in the product.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist.
• Which phone you use, if you tell us on the waitlist page.
• Anonymous usage data: pages visited, button clicks, the plan you pick on the pricing page, and the campaign link you arrived from (UTM parameters), tied to a random ID stored in your browser. No advertising cookies.

How we use it

To tell you when Afterclass launches and to decide what to build. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

When the app launches (planned)

Your voice recaps will be transcribed and the audio deleted, unless you choose to keep it. Your notes will be private to you, with no social feed, and you'll be able to export them at any time. We'll publish the app's full privacy policy before launch.

Every email has an unsubscribe link. To have your email deleted, contact hello@lightsoutventures.com.
